    - [Exiftool](https://exiftool.org/): read, write and edit metadata (e.g. mp3, jpg, pdf)
    - [Pandoc](): convert files format `pandoc file.ext -o file.pdf`


- LabBook Best Practices
    -   Interleave comments
    -   Keep all development history

### Initialized **Module 2**

- Study steps:
    - Which experimental protocol has been used and why
    - Which data have been kept or completely dismissed and why
    - Which statistical procedure has been used
    - The underlying hypotheses were reasonable?

- Choose Orgmode
- OrgMode shortcuts:
    - <r + tab creates R block
    - <R + tab creates a graph output
    - <b + tab creates shell block
    - Export files: C-c C-e
    - To export only the result of a block :exports results
    - Dont export a session: C-c C-q nonexport
    - C-w kill
    - C-s interactive search
    - C-g to exit wrong shortcuts
    - C-c C-d deadline
